A Road Trip to Remember

Dawn and I promisesd each other last year that we would take our girls
on a trip at the beginning of summer.
We were apprehensive to travel to the beach so we decided to stay a little closer to home and went to the Marriott at Ross Bridge in B'ham.
Dawn and I grew up together and have spent many, many family trips together over the years. Sharing a room and a bed was nothing out of the ordinary for the two of us, remember we were BFF in the day.
We all traveled in ONE car. Yes, that is with all FOUR of our little girls. We stayed in ONE room(yes with all four girls.)
We thought we could let the "babies" sleep in the sleeping bag on the floor, Dawn and I in one bed, and Emma Kate and Andie in the other. Well, we got all ready
for some shut eye and we started to feel guilty about them
on the nastly old, cold floor.
So we moved them to the bed with me and Dawn got in the bed with the big girls.
It was pretty funny. Anway, we had a blast and will do it again next year for sure
but we make take daddies next time!

The Cheesecake Factory was very cold so these two decided to cover up!

The indorr swimming pool

Dawn and I spent many, many hours doing what these 2 little girls are doing..laying in the sun!!!

The "Hot Tub" outside

Of course, the girls can't make up their mind where they want to play, inside or outside!
